Communities in North Africa and the Middle East are suffering from a lack of water supplies. In Egypt, this problem will be severe due to expected shortage River Nile supply. Therefore, looking for investigating groundwater aquifers target. The current study is an attempt investigate Wadi El Assiuti area’s deep aquifer, which has been identified as potential development, establishing new community. study, available geophysical data were gravity aeromagnetic data. interpretation these filtered using different filters. Also, Euler deconvolution 2D modeling applied. actual outcome presented through depth contour map basement surface Nubian sandstone map. primary structure directions WNW-ESE, NW-SE NE-SW, according maps. patterns match distribution geomorphological units Assiuti. This means that principal area controlled by trends originate bedrocks extend upwards within sedimentary layers. Basement rock depths range between 1.5 3.7 km. aquifer thickness ranging 300 over 2000 m.
